Infertility Awareness 
"One Day" captures a woman who is facing the difficulties of infertility. Life all around her is in this constant state of flow yet she is sitting still, reaching up toward the lights she had to give back to nature. Wishing she didn't have to let it go. These lights also representing those who have miscarried. A new light begins to grow. She holds onto it tightly, hoping one day, this light will be the one to guide her. But little did she know, the darkness of her path was slowly revealing itself from the glow of the lights she said goodbye to, now knowing they will always be a part of her journey. 
 
I've been really inspired to paint the movement of the wind and water, using techniques layered with small dashes of color, referencing the paint strokes flowing in circular motions like Van Gogh's Starry Night.
