"Life All Around Us" was inspired by a walk on a trail I recently explored. The life all around me flowing and moving in harmony as if nature was playing a song. There was a blanket of ferns and plants that felt like you could lay right on top of them. I immediately thought about painting a mama bear and cub.
 
I've been really inspired to paint the movement of the wind and water, using techniques layered with small dashes of color, referencing the paint strokes flowing in circular motions like Van Gogh's Starry Night.
