Return & Refund Policy for Original Art Paintings

Thank you for your purchase and support of original artwork. I take pride in offering unique, one-of-a-kind pieces created with care and craftsmanship. Please review my return and refund policy below.

Returns

Because each painting is a unique, original piece of art, all sales are considered final. However, I understand that circumstances may arise that require special consideration.

I offer returns only under the following conditions:

• The artwork arrives damaged or defective.

• The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

• Proof of damage (such as photos) must be provided.

I do not accept returns due to:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Misjudgment of size or color (Please review descriptions and dimensions carefully)

• Custom or commissioned pieces

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

• A full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to my error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

I take great care in packaging artwork securely. If your order arrives damaged:

• Save all packaging materials and artwork as evidence for a claim.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already been shipped. After that time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
