CHESTNUT:
Chestnut huddles under her canopy of leaves, holding the fawn close to her chest. Her soothing heart beat and the warmth of her body, allows the fawn to drift into sleep. She knows it is time to rest as a new day is ahead. Her long brown hair wraps around her, creating a nest. This nest creates a safe place that symbolizes home. As a mother, Chestnut provides comfort, love, nourishment and spiritual growth. Day-to-day Chestnut holds the responsibility of taking care of others before herself. She may get overwhelmed, insecure, anxious and restless, but she is a strong and beautiful woman. Chestnut reminds us that we are beautiful, no matter the changes our body, mind, or spirit experience. Take a moment to provide for yourself, so you can do the same for others.
