That doesn't mean that we shouldn't try to reconnect with our bodies, but dear woman, it is not your fault. Let us teach the next generations of women to love their bodies the way that they are. What matters is that we feel good in our body despite the constant changes we experience. Yes, I believe it is important to be healthy and to nourish our bodies, but it's even more important to love them as we grow.It takes time and patience. It takes understanding and acceptance. We must unlearn these unachievable standards. We must help each other and lift each other up. Bodies are not all meant to look the same. We must appreciate how much they change because they are capable of amazing things.
